Directions

Undo fastener and unhook straps. Insert your foot into the largest end of the knee sleeve and pull it up onto your leg. Continue pulling up the knee sleeve until the circular opening is positioned over your kneecap. Starting with the bottom strap, feed the strap end through the buckle and pull to tighten. The brace should be snug around your leg. Secure the hook closure on the bottom strap. Then feed the top strap through the top buckle, pull to tighten, and secure the fastener.
